Pastor Herb and Dee Shook have a heart for evangelizing with a desire to teach God’s Word in a way that is easy for all to understand. They are dedicated to building up the body of Christ through ministries that enrich the lives of others in their church, Covenant of Faith.
Their passion however, is fulfilling the purposes of God through Christian counseling and training. After assisting several couples and individuals in improving both their spiritual, personal and professional relationships; Herb and Dee found the need to create Enduring Commitment Counseling & Training Services, a Christian based company providing Christian Relationship counseling, training, workshops and seminars for couples and individuals. They are Certified Christian Counselors as well as Certified Anger Management and Conflict Resolution Counselors.

Pastor Herb is a licensed and ordained Minister of the Gospel. He attended the University of Colorado at Denver and has extensive corporate experience in training and development as well as operations management. He has management experience in both the corporate and nonprofit arenas. He owned and operated a yacht brokerage for ten years before being called into the service of the Lord and others as a Minister of the Gospel; but his greatest enjoyment and satisfaction is assisting individuals through providing Christian Relationship Enrichment counseling, workshops and seminars.
Dee Shook

Dee Shook received a B.S. in Biology from Texas Southern University and has spent more than fifteen years in marketing and sales as a sales manager, trainer and business consultant. Her training expertise has been in the area of business professional soft skills. She has contracted her consulting services to small businesses and large corporations alike; and expanded her management and training experience while developing the skills of countless business professionals throughout her career. However, as a licensed and ordained Minister of the Gospel, serving the Lord through teaching groups and individuals Biblical principles and precepts; as well as teaming with her husband to conduct Christian Relationship Enrichment counseling, workshops and seminars has provided her the most satisfaction and joy. Certified Christian Counselor
Todd Jones is a graduate of Texas Southern University and has spent more than fifteen years educating and training youth as a secondary education teacher. He is a licensed and ordained Minister of the Gospel serving on the ministerial staff at Fountain of Praise Church as one of the attending ‘Armor Bearers’ to the presiding pastor, as well as a member of the prison ministry team for the Texas Department of Corrections. Todd is the proud father of two sons, Stephen and Nicholas to whom he dedicates much of his leisure time. He loves serving the Lord through teaching and training individuals from God’s Holy Word. He has the unique ability to express Biblical principles with such great vigor and humor that it seems to resonate with people of all ages.
